Performance Ideas
Of course, any trick you can do with an ordinary deck, you can do with these mini cards. Because of their smaller size, they may be just the thing for doing table-to-table magic at a restaurant or function, when you have limited space.
If you are working with a puppet, and you are making it appear as if the puppet is doing the card trick, performing with miniature cards is very cute.
These small cards are also great for small hands! When regular sized card decks are too much to handle, especially for children, the miniature deck is the answer.
History and Trivia
During WWII, the U.S. Playing Card Co. developed a special deck of cards for U.S. soldiers. The cards were specially made to peel apart when soaked in water, revealing a map printed on the inside of the two halves. These secret map card decks were supplied to American POWs along with the regular food and clothing shipments allowed to them.
