Have a spectator freely select a card and sign it. Have the card returned to the deck. Then the unexpected climax- toss the whole deck up to the ceiling. All the cards fall back to the floor- except the signed card, which is stuck to the ceiling! The card will remain there for weeks, perhaps years, as a reminder to all of your incredible magic skill!
