Clear plastic cylinder contains about 18 feet of UltraStrong semi-transparent microfine thread on a reel, and has a small pin to attach it to the underside of a collar, the inside of a shirt, etc. Thread can be extended up to 5 feet, can be anchored on an object with the piece of wax that is included, and retracts back into the cylinder when released. (It is suggested that you do the effect using a short length of thread for better control). When the thread breaks, more thread can be fed from inside the cylinder. Thread and mechanism are delicate; careful handling required (this is very, very fine thread- that's what makes it "invisible"). The thread does not break after every use; with careful handling, you can get many uses out of the length of thread that comes in this reel.
