An easy to perform pocket puzzler!

 

Place a red, a white, and a blue block into the tube, in that order. Then tip the tube to let the blocks out the other end- and they come out in a different order! The red one is now in the middle! You can even have the spectator put the blocks in the tube, and still the blocks will change places.
